We have an experienced Talent Acquisition Team in place who are ready and willing to work with you, but do not send CVs unless explicitly requested by the Talent Acquisition Team in respect of a specific vacancy. Unsolicited CVs sent in any situation where we have not directly engaged your company in writing to supply candidates for a specific vacancy will be considered a “free gift”,  removing all liability for fees and will in no way establish any prior claim by your company to representation of that candidate. Submission of unsolicited CVs to us by your company will be deemed acceptance by your company of these terms, and agreement by your company that these terms are the totality of any commercial or contractual relationship between our companies in respect of the candidate(s) whose unsolicited CVs were thus sent.
