COULTER HAYDOCK LOOKS TO BUILD ITS RENAULT DISTRUTOR STATUS WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

Renault Trucks distributor, Coulter Truck and Van has appointed Ron Jones (pictured below) as Depot Manager of its recently opened dealership in Haydock, Lancashire.

Ron Jones joins Coulter Truck and Van from Chatfield Iveco, where he was Dealer Principal for 13 years. Previous roles have included General Sales Manager for BPW and Group Sales Director for Walton Summit Trucks.

With responsibility for sales, service and parts, Ron has been tasked with building the business at Coulter’s new Haydock site. Ron Jones will report directly to Coulter’s Dealer Principal, Ray McSorley.

Speaking of his new role, Ron Jones says: “I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that come from building a dealership from ‘scratch’, such as selecting the right teams across the sales, service and parts disciplines and, of course, introducing new customers to the Renault Trucks experience. Hopefully my years of experience as a Dealer Principal will have prepared me for the challenges ahead and my ultimate aim is to develop Coulter Truck and Van Haydock into one of the premier, commercial dealerships in the North West.”
